To provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessments and care plan as directed by supervisors.
Job Type:
o Part-Time o Full-TimeShift and Schedule o Day Shift - FULL TIME - HIGH DEMAND - 5:
45 am - 2:
15 pm o Evening Shift - part time - 1:
45 pm - 10:
15 pm (If school age, after school is available, during the school year.
) o Night Shift - FULL TIME/PART TIME - HIGH DEMAND - 6:

00 amFull Job Description o Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift.
o Help Residents with personal hygiene.
o Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse.
o Document Resident food and fluid intake.
o Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements.
o Making the Resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy.
o Transport Residents within the facility.
o Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
o Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures.
o Abide by all federal, state, and local requirements and standards.
o Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data.
Qualifications and
Experience:
o No prior experience needed! We will train you and send you to the CNA Class.
o Must be reliable.
o Must be willing to work every other weekend and every other holiday! o Must be a team player.
